‘Paga’ movie release on Dec 25
Jayam Ravi’s 2007 super hit Tamil film Deepavali is set to release in Telugu as Paga. The film has Bhavana as female lead. The original version is produced by popular director Linguswamy. Ezhil who earlier directed Vijay’s Thulladha Manamum Thullum (Nuvvu Vasthavani in Telugu) is the director of the film.
The remake rights of the film are bagged by K Prakash Reddy. Speaking on the film’s progress he said, right now the DTS mixing works are going on at fast pace and if everything is as planned the movie will hit the screens on December 25. The first copy of the film will be readied by December 10. As there is lot of competition in December the makers are also toying the idea of releasing the film on January 1. This depends on the subject of availability of theaters.
Vasireddy Padmakara Rao is the presenter of the film. The film is based on a love story with mass elements. Music of the film is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
