Rajendra Prasad Ayyare clears censor formalities
Rajendra Prasad’s upcoming film Ayyare has got the clearance from censor board. The film is struggling to get a censor certificate for its content since many days. The film has received U/A certificate.Rajendra Prasad is playing the role of a swamiji. There are reports that this character resembles with Swamy Nithyananda who has been in the news for some controversy.
Sagar Chandru is debuting as director with this film. Ranganna, Achchappa and Dr B Sudhakar Babu are jointly producing this film. The makers are planning to release the film on December 30. Sai Kumar and Sivaji are playing pivotal roles in this film.
The makers have approached film chamber and producers council for censor clearance a while ago. Swami Nithyananda himself went to court and challenged the film’s release. However, the court dismissed his plea and gave a clearance for the film to undergo censor scrutiny.
